The Land of the Incredible Hulk!

Hello all!

5 day work week. I love it. OFF day. Even yummier. Now before I begin the entry on how I spent the 4th of July, I just wanna show you guys a picture that is damn cute.

Tadah! The 13 Orangs as mini figurines! Hahaha. I'm the one with Slytherin draped around her neck. Love it.

Alright, the next day we headed over to Universal Orlando Resort.

Met my ex-Singapore Flyer colleague, Vincent over there. He's gonna be a ticketing supervisor at the Universal Studios Singapore so now he's at UOR training. UOR is broken up into two parks- Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Headed over to IOA first to go look for Shirley who is a fellow HTM-er and also future park operations supervisor at USS.

The speech bubbles were damn cute. Haha. Many more interesting ones which I didn't take.

My favourite ride at Universal Studios Osaka. Haha. 5 years later, we meet again. They nicknamed the T-rex Tiffany. So cute.

And tadah, Shirley! Hahaha. I should have taken a better picture. She wasn't going to knock off till 230pm so we went ahead and took the other rides first.

We started with all the wet rides first. I love all the rides in IOA. Haha. So thrilling. The Incredible Hulk ride got me so giddy though. Screamed so much. I had a sore throat that night.

Crazy water ride. The one on the top left of the previous picture. What we were missing was just a bottle of shampoo & soap and we could have just taken a bath on the boat. -.- But it was fun though. Hahaha.

And this is Vincent or Lao Ti Ko. Hahaha. My nickname for him back then. =p

Walked back over to USO to ride more rides. Vincent and Shirley helped to get us 30% off the tickets and a complimentary "Express" pass. Lucky us again. The "Express" pass means you can just skip the queue which was a damn big bonus.

We were kinda expecting the whole park to be filled and crowded on July 4th due to it being Independance Day but as you can see. Empty. The maximum wait time for even the most popular rides was only 45 mins.

I found another favourite ride. The Revenge of the Mummy. Hahaha. Disaster was great as well with the actors and flood. Simpsons was a good laugh. And Jaws! Oh man, go ride it at night. Awesome.

Vincent was saying, "Eh, you very funny leh. Come all the way to Orlando to take pictures of flowers." But isn't it just too pretty?

Sarah, you look so bad-ass here. =p Haha.

And Shirley joined us after she was done with work.

Hollywood in Orlando! Surprisingly, I didn't know any of the stars on the stars.

It is the same piece of turkey just in case you were wondering. We needed 4 people to finish it. Not that it was filling or anything. But you kinda get sick of it after a few bites.

At about 5pm, we headed to watch this show. Because we were on the "Express" tickets, we got the front row seats. =) But that also meant that the hosts made fun of us and they even picked Shirley for their tricks!

I totally freaked at the bottom left picture. Hahaha. And the 3 of us at the bottom were laughing non-stop when the hosts kept making fun of Shirley.

Aww. They took a polaroid for her. =)

I think we headed back to IOA for another ride or two. But it started pouring so no pictures. Me and my unlucky mouth. Hahahaha.

Then, we headed to Universal Citywalk for dinner at this restaurant called "Bubba Gump Shrimp Co." I think it was a restaurant from the movie, Forrest Gump. I've never watched that movie so I have no idea what the theme of the restaurant was.

Should have bought the postcard with the "Chocolate" quote.

Shrimp feast! Americans do not like to see the head of the prawn and thus. I don't even have fresh prawns in Jackson Hole because we're too high up and far away from the sea. Hahahaha.

Like the prawny pictures? Haha. Not taken by me. Sarah, you have some hidden talent.

Back to USO for the July 4th fireworks. No pictures there because I didn't bring my tripod. Hahaha.

Massive crowd on the way back.

Yang Ying left some stuff for us back at the resort. I got meesua and milo. LOL! And Sarah tore her Tinkerbell sticker. Oops! Shhh.

See? You do have some hidden talent. Hahaha.

Barely slept 3 hours and it was time to head back to Jackson Hole! We got upgraded on our flight from Orlando to Denver. *Happy*

Hello Snowyland! Yan Wan is home!

Alright, bedtime! Loves!
