Family's Visit to Jackson Hole!

Hello all!

I'm back at last with a proper entry! I've been OFF for the past 3 days but slept the entire day on the 1st, Idaho Falls on the 2nd and went tubing this morning so I'm really exhausted right now. Entries for those days to come soon.

So, my parents and sister came to visit me from the 20th to 25th of July. I'm gonna combine all the days together because you've probably seen all the pictures and heard stories of the places before. Believe me, they're all the same. Hahahaha.

So, it was to Grand Teton National Park on the 21st.

Took the boat across Jenny Lake again. Hiked up the mountain to the top.

Purple flower on our way home.

It was back home for me to sleep for a couple of hours and we were up for dinner at Bon Appe Thai.

I liked the Mango dessert. It tasted like Bo Bo Cha Cha. Hahaha.

Alright, so on the 22nd. It was up to Spring Creek Western Riding for horseriding. They gave me Niner again. Hahaha.

Exact same route and tour guide. LOL! So not too many pictures lest you guys get bored from seeing all the mountains again. Hahaha.

Oh, I didn't post this picture on Facebook so only my blog readers would know. I got bitten by a spider at GTNP the previous day. It sank both of its fangs into my left hand so it swelled up. LOL!

View of Jackson again. Snake River again.

But, we did see a deer in the bushes! What a treat. Oh, and smart me forgot to bring Caden's zoom lens on the trip. -.-'

And 2 more on the way back. Again, no zoom lens. Dumb.

We purchased the professional shots that were taken for us. Along with the photo from the ride with Sarah two weeks before.

Lunch at the Alpenhof that served a rather tasty cheese fondue. Would have been better if they hadn't added the white wine in.

I think my Mum cooked a home cooked dinner for us that night but stupid me got a headache and couldn't eat much. Damn.

23rd July! 21st Birthday! =D What better way to celebrate it then a whitewater rafting trip? And the water wasn't so deep and fierce today so the guide allowed us to jump into the Snake River at two different parts to swim. Yay! Freezing cold but duper fun.

Then it was back to Jackson Hole that night to ride the Gondola up to the top. I'm starting to get sick of seeing mountains and endless valleys. Seriously. LOL.

Macro Macro I Love You.

Birthday dinner was at the Mangy Moose. Wanted to dine at one of the restaurants at the Four Seasons but too many procedures to go through to get the discounts and reservations so forget it.

On their last day in Jackson Hole, we of course went to Yellowstone. Damn sleepy that morning. If you look on my sister's Facebook, I think she tag me to a picture of me using the Kettle Chips as a pillow.

The weather that morning was cold.

Bison again on the way to Canyon Village.

I now remember what this place is called. LeHardy Rapids. =) And can you spot the pelican in the 2nd picture?

Another herd of bison that were just beside the road about 2 metres away from the car. No kidding here. If they were to charge, my car would have become a piece of scrap metal. Hahaha.

Rmb I mentioned that I didn't want to walk on the way down to see the Grand Canyon cos I dreaded the climb back up? Well, I walked down anyways. -.-'

A lone deer feasting somewhere beside a road as well.

West Thumb Geyser Basin again.

Old Faithful Geyser for the third time.

And finally, I can see scenery and not be the driver! Yay Mama!

Good Night.

Whew. Well, it's not much but at least I got an entry up right? Hehehe. I'll put more effort to blog the Vegas entry because that really is one of the craziest places on Earth.

Bye!
