Sunday work.. Learnt to handle guest complaint today.. A mother was sick and complained that we were not understanding when she wanted an extra room FOC for her BB.. So, DM Jenny pre-ordered a platter of fruits from Room Service to be sent to their room.. Peacemaker Chosen: Me.. I didn't know where Room Service was and how to talk to the guests, so she tagged along.. Haha.. I thot the platter was just 3 apples but it consisted of Bananas, Mangoes, Apples, Grapes and Prunes.. Headed to the room.. Knock Knock! Special Delivery! "We apologise for the incovenience caused.. Pls accept this platter as a our way of saying Get Well Soon!"
Next case.. Lost girl.. 7 Years Old; Indonesian.. Wika helped us translate.. The girl was staying in Marriot Hotel and her parents must have been shopping and forgotten about her.. So call here call there and her Apa came to fetch her.. So touching to see them reunite! Her Ibu was still shopping at Braun Buffel.. Diaoz.. Haha.. All special cases in 1 day.. Cool..
