Laundry in the dryer. Waiting for it to dry before I hit the sack.
I keep repeating the trailer for this movie. Totally my type of movie. Haha. 18 Sept 2009! I hope they'll show it in Jackson.
Going to watch this movie tonight with Yin Yin. That's if if I wake up. Hahaha.
Anyway, the 3 of us had a very impromptu dinner the other day at one of the hotel's restaurant, The Peak. Planned on Friday, applied on Saturday and Sunday we were there. LOL! Usually it takes at least 7 days to get an approval to go. That little intermezzo in the middle was specially prepared by Kevin. Other tables didn't have it. =D It's fried wanton skin at the bottom and topped with a slice of mackerel, avocado, wasabi and mayo.
Terribly quiet for a Sunday night. I think there were only a total of 7 tables while we were there and 2 of the tables were employees. LOL!
The appetizers. Shucked Oysters, Crab Cake and Pacific Salmon. All damn good.
And this is the other employee's table. Rosalie was there to have dinner with her family as well. Hahaha.
And the main courses. The signature dish of the retaurant is the steak. It was downright good.
Too full for desserts after that but no point ordering since we always eat leftovers. LOL. Oh, the bill. I can tell you we definitely ate more than $144. Nic and Kristina sort of tweaked the bill for us a little bit. And of cos, the additional Four Seasons Employee 50% discount. =D =D =D
