Supper @ Bon Appe Thai & Dinner @ Billy's!

Hello all!

It's less than 1 month to the dateline of my first assignment for my internship and I still haven't got a problem to tackle for the resort.. Ingrid is panicking as well.. And it doesn't help that we got the lecturer that we all disliked back in school.. Urgh..

Anyway, Yinyin, Pei Ting & I all have Wednesdays OFF so we decided to go try out ski-ing before the snow threatens to melt.. And thus, we went shopping for ski-ing gear right after work yesterday.. Bought a pair of ski pants and goggles at Wilderness Sports.. Headed back to town to visit Sports Authority to see their offers.. The snowboards and skis are on sale! I shall wait for next winter to get them or maybe not because whatever will I do with them when I go home? Haha..

Got a little hungry after that and decided to have supper at the local Thai restaurant called Bon Appe Thai.. Saw my colleague Paul there as well.. And we waited close to 30 mins for a table..

And Paul recommended the Pad Thai and therefore I decided to try it.. We could adjust the spiciness of the dish and being gung-ho, I went for Level 3 out of 5.. Haha..

And Yinyin! The portions were so huge that we had to takeaway the leftovers.. But it was damn good..

Thank the heavens! Chilli Padi! We ate them with the Pad Thai and it was so spicy that we drank so much water.. And a little descriptive, but I came home and my digestive system worked so well.. Haha..

And my ski gear! Haha.. I love my pants and goggles! And I just realised my gloves (which I had forgotten to add in here) is white too.. I'm so gonna blend in with the background.. Haha..

And today right after work, accompanied them to Sports Authority again to get their ski gear.. Damn tempted to buy the jackets but I've just spent a bomb on my new baby so I'll just have to wait till next season.. We headed to Billy's Giant Burgers for dinner..

Now this is what you call a real American Burger Joint! Exactly like what we see in the movies!

AKA Tips.. Haha.. They had other weird names for 3 other jars along the other counters like "Steve's 3rd Baby Fund", "Karma Jar" and "Fund for Dancing Lessons".. Haha..

And my huge burger.. Damn sinful.. Oily and greasy cheeseburger with the works and fries.. But it was so good and comes with free flow soft drinks.. Yummy..

Ooh.. And I just watched the new Disney Channel series, Sonny With a Chance.. It's so funny! And ending off the night with Princess Diaries 2.. Cable TV is so cool.. Good Night!
