Happy 20th Birthday!

Thanks for the birthday wishes! I'm 20! Boo..

Sorry I no longer have my Singapore number with me so if you had sms-ed any msg to there, I wun be able to see it.. =( From now on, pls sms to my Aussie number.. Got 2 versions you can sms too.. It's either +6180431311935 or +61431311935.. My mum only can sms to the latter so I think it varies from phone to phone..

Anyway, how did I celebrate my 20th? Er.. Woke up to wishes from my housemates and friends.. Love them! Had a change of breakfast to Cocoapops.. Haha.. While they went for class, I went to the city to get my outfit for Course Commencement Ceremony.. Bought quite a number of stuff.. Went back to grab the last morsels of food for lunch.. Cooked the Cream of Mushroom Soup which tasted horrible.. Man.. I miss homecooked food..

Slept for about half an hour and got called by Jia to go for tutorial.. As the Degree building was under renovation, we had tutorial in a lecture hall.. Haha.. Pretty ok.. Although I still can't understand the lecturer.. He has a very strong British accent in him.. Oh well..

Rushed back to the hostel to grab my stuff and headed to the City to change something at a shop before they all close at 5pm.. Managed to exchange it in time.. Whew! Then it was off to Darrell Lea to get some nougats for my family..

Then, it was the highlight of the day! Muahaha.. Took the tram to Victoria Square to meet Sarah at the Hilton! Yay! I finally got to see a familiar face! Happy! She had a flight in from Singapore that day and just arrived that morning.. Hehe.. My mum had also got her to bring stuff over for me.. Thanks for going thru all the trouble of declaring the food stuff.. =)

And her room number damn cute.. 307! Haha.. Put down my stuff in her room and we went out for dinner.. Dunno where to eat though.. Haha.. Not familiar with the area though.. Settled dinner at a Chinese restaurant in the end.. Not bad the food.. Something familiar again.. Haha.. Walked over to Coles but didn't know what to buy.. Haha.. So went back to the hotel with her and decided to stay for the night as I could watch TV! Oui.. My hostel no TV k? I was TV-deprived for like 1 week? And also another reason was becos my area is super ulu and I was kinda scared to go home alone..

Left the hotel about 630am to catch the bus back to the hostel.. She was still sleeping when I left.. Haha.. Dunno when I'll be seeing her again.. Hope it's soon then next time she can bunk in my hostel.. Haha.. Take care k?
