Abit too tired to blog today.. Was discussing what songs to use for BE Presentation tml and Sarah sent this song from Arthur.. Yeah.. That cartoon.. I said that Arthur was a mouse but Cherie said it was a deer.. So I've come to a conclusion.. It is a deermouse.. Haha.. Kinda addicted to it now.. Brings back alot of childhood memories..

Vivo Chalet~!

Decided to head to Vivo chalet after all.. Couldn't bring myself to study for ticketing also.. Haha.. They booked a room at Aranda Country Club.. Anyway, reached there and some of them were at the BBQ cooking chicken wings and CHEESY Hotdogs.. Gosh.. Haha.. And as usual satay and the normal BBQ stuff.. Headed up to the room to put my bag and Bernard gave me a beer upon entering.. Haha.. Passed it to Colleen to drink since Yan Wan doesn't drink beer.. Grab some buffet food and just sat down at the table.. And it was the 1st time in like weeks since I last saw Sharon~! Haha..

Dean specially bought Risk and Monopoly for the chalet and he sponsored the BBQ food too.. So, Sharon, Sin Chiang, Jaslyn and I decided to play Monopoly.. It was the Singapore Edition.. Most expensive location- Sentosa Cove.. As expected.. Haha.. Kelly was our banker.. Had super fun with Jaslyn switching her lands with me and Sin Chiang kept going into jail.. Sharon was super high as well sia.. Haha.. Then kana chased away by the Mahjong Gang who placed a blanket over as Mahjong Paper..

Watched abit of TV.. Then headed downstairs for some BBQ.. It was almost 11pm and I was preparing to leave when it started raining Kittens and Puppies so I got dragged by Fion to play some card game.. Loser drinks a pint of Tiger Beer.. Haha.. I drank in parts but Jaslyn, Siew Yan, Ling Ling and Desmond helped me drink some.. I dun really like beers.. Prefer cocktails.. Haha.. Micheal got so drunk that he fell and Ms Goh had to bring him home.. My mum came to fetch me after that.. Still waiting for Fion to send me some photos.. Haha..

Just from the videos alone, I can swear, its going to be more romantic than HSM.. Ok, Beilin~! Set ah.. 9 Sept, I'm going to come back to my Tampines house and we can watch it tgt! On? Haha..

Strawberry Cheesecake~!

Started work with an early 715am shift.. Clarence is crazier.. He arrived at 6am.. -.-' There were 7 CB Opening Staff.. NLB had an event and made a booking of 2489 popcorn.. Grr.. They called their event, Popcorn 07.. So cheesy.. And they had people dressing up as characters of Harry Potter.. But there was a bug.. Xiao Ling said that it could be the snitch from Quidditch.. I personally think it escaped from A Bug's Life.. =D

So practically the whole morn and afternoon was done redeeming popcorn and Coke.. The coke dispenser decided to throw a temper in the morning and splashed all the CB staff with coke syrup.. Sticky.. And that resulted in a coke tsunami at my counter.. Just brilliant.. Some of the staff called for McDelivery and the guy came right in the middle of the redemption.. I didn't order anything but Bernard ordered lots of extras so I took the hotcakes.. =D

The rest of the day was pretty normal except that now I think the managers don't believe me whenever I say that a certain stock has run out cos they always seem to be able to find it somewhere.. Oops.. =p Finally collected my payslip.. 2 comp passes.. Haha.. Home after that..

My dad bought Teenage Mutant Teengage Mutant Turtles.. I still love Michealangelo~! I saw this crazy conversation when I came back to my computer.. It started with WL saying his competition dish looks like a condom and Cherie commenting about that he uses it very often and Beilin saying that we must all be bored with ticketing thats why we are laming but Sarah commented saying that she hasn't touched it since Monday.. Haha.. So we all got the impression that she hasn't touched a condom since Monday.. Muahaha.. You're dead, Sarah.. We're gonna tease u about this non stop.. =D

I realised that I'm not growing a wisdom tooth but just that I have a back tooth thats too long and its drilling a hole into my gums.. Thats why it hurts to heaven now.. =( Need to go for teeth sawing surgery and fast.. At the same time, I'm craving for Ben & Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake right at this moment.. I don't care if my teeth are going to hurt like hell, I want it now.. =p

Okie.. Emo-ing time over again.. Haha.. Went to watch Secret just now at GVTM.. Kept thinking that the showtime was at 720pm so I decided to only meet Zhi Jun & Juliana at 630pm giving us some buffer time.. Surprise Surprise! Reached the cinema only at 720pm and realised that it was actually 710pm.. So I missed my trailers.. =( But got to see 2 Ratatouille trailers.. =) He's a cute mouse.. If only Kimtaro and Kotaro were like that.. Haha.. Back to Secret! Totally hooked thruout the entire movie.. Jay Chou's charm.. The pining of the female lead, Kwai Lui Mei for him.. The brilliant piano playing.. The enticing music.. The perfect setting.. =D Secret. Nice. Watch It. Please.

And I'm officially moving to my Great- Grandma's house in Aljunied starting Sept to ease my travelling time next time to and fro Meritus Mandarin.. Looking forward to the move? No.. But I have no choice.. Probably be back to my Tampines home on my off days bahz.. Oh well.. Going to sleep le.. Have to wake up early for that crazy shift work tml.. Sheesh.. Good Night Moo- Putts~!

National Popcorn Day~!

It's a bit late but Happy National Day Singapore! Wasn't able to see the Parade but GV Vivo has its own National Parade.. Ms Goh calls it National Popcorn Day (will explain about this in a while).. The sound of the popper going "Pop! Pop! Pop!" and the popcorn coming out of it is the fireworks display.. The people q-ing at the box office are the Parade's audiences who are q-ing up for their goodie bags and when they walk past CB to go up to the cinema, that's call the march pass.. The floor staff running here and there with their trashbags is equivilant to the Parade's performers.. See, its a free show plus you get paid for watching it.. =D

Anyway, back to why its called National Popcorn Day.. Well, becos on National Day itself, we had to pop 100 bags of popcorn to store for the group booking on Sat.. Total of 2000+ popcorn redemption.. Gosh! I think Melvyn was the jialat one since it was he who had to keep the popper going.. What did I do? I opened 12 packets of Jumbo and 13 packets of Cheesy and made 5 pots of cheese! All gone! The sweet peanuts and mixed nuts I packed were also all sweeped away within hours.. Not to mention the nachos that Geswin packed.. Gone! The crowd was crazy.. Was supposed to go up to FLOOR around 2pm with Melvyn but Ms Goh told us to just stay in CB.. The entire event room was full of popcorn when I left as towards the end, we were throwing the bags up that tall tall heap! Forgot to take a picture.. Haha.. Fion is funny.. In the middle of the crazy crowd, she suddenly turned to ask me when are we going to makan again.. Diaoz.. Haha..

Left around 720pm to meet Edwin and Nicholas for dinner and movie.. Took cab down to Orchard Sakura as we were rather late liaoz.. Met 2 of their friends there, June & Eugene.. It was the country's birthday as well as Nic's and June's.. Haha.. Had fun talking to them and eating.. Took Bus to Plaza for Rush Hour 3.. Super funny and action- packed movie! It's a must watch for everybody.. But quite short- 1.5 hrs oni.. Wanted to go for supper after that but realised it was too late liaoz and I didn't want to spend extra money cabbing home so we just MRT-ed home.. Slept for 9 hours! =D

Went to Orchid Country Club for some exploring and lunch.. It's a super huge country club but rather quiet.. Went into the bowling alley and I realised that it's been such a long time since I last bowled.. Still rmb in Sec Sch, it used to be a once a week thing.. Haha.. Lunch at some cafe.. Buffet.. Die.. I've already had one steamboat and 2 buffets this week.. But quite limited choices mostly Chinese food.. My mum let me drive out of the carpark and onto the road.. It's a cool feeling.. And then we got caught in a traffic jam for 1 hr along the SLE.. Diaoz.. Why? Becos there were 3 lanes of cars squeezing into 1 lane.. Why? Becos there was a major accident, road works and plant pruning in the other 2.. Gosh..

Just saw Beilin's blog and she posted an entry about one particular group meeting where we went to KFC for lunch and started talking about "interesting" experiences.. And when we came back to the Library, we started playing a very crazy game with Hall's and Ice Mountain.. Got the idea from Zhong Yi Da Ge Da.. Haha.. Must make a mental note to do up an entry for this grp.. =D

Going to watch that Jay Chou's movie, Secret later.. Ppl said that its good.. Haha.. Hope so.. Was supposed to go for Pizza Hut but I would not be able to make it in time.. And I'm so not looking forward to work tml.. It's a crazy 715am shift! With all those redemptions and what's not.. So irritating.. Why can't Singaporeans just take a break and watch their movie at a later time? Have to choose such an early time for their group booking.. Sheesh.. Total turnoff.. And I'm so going to fail the last Ticketing Test on Monday.. I have total zilch confidence and what the last topic is actually talking about it.. And to think that I was counting on this subject to score me a Z.. Haha.. And the Vivo Chalet on Sunday.. Dunno whether I still have time for it.. Maybe I'll just turn up and show face abit then go home to study.. Haha.. And I forgot to collect my payslip AGAIN.. It's been 15 days.. Okie.. That's all folks! Bye Bye Moo- Putts~!

Not a really nice way to start an entry but believe me there'll be nice stuff to come.. Hmm.. So went for my final driving lesson today.. The instructor was really nice not to penalise me for lots of stuff and let me pass my lesson today.. =D So all I gotta do now is just wait until 23 Nov for that test..

Headed back to school for OB Lec.. Sandy and Shaun were not going and I was halfway going to the Lab with them until I saw my grp mates so just went in anyway.. There was a long q from the Library all the way to ITAS.. People were q-ing for the Zhang Dong Liang concert tix and there were so limited spaces available.. Reminded me of Year 1 when Winnie, Shaun, Hui Ying and I q-ed for JJ Lin's tix for almost 3 hrs and went home empty- handed.. Haha.. Like the OB Lec today.. Very understandable..

Lab to print stuff and do peer appraisal followed by binding then to Biz Park for some lunch.. I was spending the whole time highlighting my research and I changed the Ming for TTM from Ming to Meng and back to Ming again.. Sianz.. OB Tut.. The teacher was acting all weird again.. She returned our project and my grp got 82/100 meaning Z.. =D but i guess i prob wun do well for coursework seeing how badly I did for my mid-sem.. Must definitely go for the remedial lesson..

307 all wore red today and I think we were quite striking cos everybody kept asking us again.. Pics will be uploaded once I've got them.. Went to find TTM after that to discuss about not presenting for BE.. Didn't go very well and ended up we still had to present on Tues.. I can foresee the lecture hall to be very very empty that day.. =p Sat at the benches to discuss a while before heading off to Parkway to Ms Goh's house.. Waited forever for the Bus 15.. Think I saw 5 Bus 69 zoom past me..

Late and the 3 of them (Ms Goh, Jay & Yanqi) were waiting for me outside the house.. Didn't know Micheal Trewin stayed so near.. Haha.. And Ms Goh's house is sure beautiful.. 4 storeys with great view and nice interior.. She has an Alaskan Husky called Buddy too~! The dog was so well behaved and not to mention, huge.. Steamboat-ed on the 4th storey.. Crapped & Laughed.. Ate quite alot too.. then went to the roof garden for some fresh air.. Cleaned up and saw Ms Goh feeding Buddy who performed some tricks for us too.. Then they told me and YQ that they were bringing us to some place for B&J ice cream.. They were being so secretive about it that we were like blind guessing from Vivo- Suntec- Sentosa- AMK Hub- West Coast- Jurong Point but they still refused to tell us! Haha.. Ms Goh was saying it was a 不能说的秘密.. Diaoz..

Buddy~!

After much driving, we reached.. No wonder I couldn't guess it.. It was a place called Dempsey Hills! My flabber was ghasted when I 1st laid eyes on that place.. Seriously beautiful and good environment and atmosphere.. Lots of pubs and the largest B&J I've ever seen too.. Shared a Merlionster but the ice cream wasn't very cold.. Could be becos there were so many ppl that the fridge doors were not closed at all.. Walked around and took some pics.. Ms Goh sent all of us home and she definitely has a good sense of direction.. She's only sent me home once and she could rmb the way liaoz.. Jay was telling me not to compliment her too much.. Haha..

End of day.. Came home and had a chat with Beilin, Sarah & Cherie and came up with nicknames for everybody.. Beilin is called Binary Star, Cherie is Comet, Sarah is Sun, Wei Lun is Worm Hole, Ayuni is Aurora, Qiu Tin is Quasars and I'm Earth.. =D Haha.. Okie.. Should stop here now.. Got to work tml.. 1020am- 2pm.. Short shift but i think i'll be extended.. Meeting Nicholas and Edwin after work to celebrate Nic's birthday with his 2 other frens then heading to Plaza for Rush Hour 3.. Good Night Moo- Putts~!

I'm finally done with my Harry Potter Book 7.. Thots: Great! But I felt a tinge of sadness after I read the last few words.. "All is well".. Wonder where JK Rowling is going to get her income from now.. Mayb she's gonna write a new book and name it "The Adventures of Hermione Granger".. =p

Dest Tutorial today.. Nth much just a review and wake up call for me to study for my exams.. And got to know a bad + good news.. Tan TM has chosen my group to present our BusEnt idea to the Tues & Thur lec grp! Meaning, we had presented very well.. Woopeedoo~! The sleepover was not in vain.. =D But that means have to do everything all over again.. Sianz.. Hmm.. Now where did I put that nametag?

Headed to Biz Park for lunch after that with Cherie, Weilun & Sarah.. Then went to the Library to find Qiu Tin before heading to Suntec for KBOX.. Beilin couldn't join us.. =( Nvm, next time k? Project K Part 2~! MRT-ed there and took some pics on the train.. Now just waiting for the pics before posting them up.. Sarah continued on her way to Jurong while the rest of us alighted at Cityhall.. Bought a 1-litre bottle of water at 7-11.. The streets of Singapore are filled with NUS SU students in pink T-shirts asking for donations today.. Haha..

Had fun singing with the group.. Our first time singing tgt.. Didn't order my Shirley Temple cos we were paying student rate and we could only have soft drinks.. =( Paid $15 per person.. Quite ok.. Equivilant to the rate for Ladies Night.. Saw lots of ppl carrying donuts and went to kpo where the Donut Factory and it was beside Carrefour but there were still lots of ppl q-ing for it.. Shucks.. Went to the food court for dinner then MRT-ed home with Qiu Tin..

Just received my Fairprice Debit Card.. Its gonna be very useful next time I go to Meritus.. =) Okie.. My eyes are closing and I've yet to do my OB homework.. Last driving lesson tml.. 18 points! Pls let me pass it.. Then followed by steamboat at night to celebrate National Day.. Watching Rush Hour 3 on National Day after work and as well as celebrating Nicholas's birthday..
